Partner App

Approved ZoomInfo partners can create and publish applications that integrate with ZoomInfo APIs for use by customers across multiple organizations. Partner applications undergo a review process before they are made available for customer installation.

Before You Begin

Before submitting a Partner Application, ensure that:

  • You must be an approved member of the ZoomInfo Partner Program to submit a Partner Application.
  • If you are not already a partner, apply to join the Partner Program.
  • Your must have access to the ZoomInfo Developer Portal.
  • Your application has been fully developed and tested.
  • Your application uses the Authorization Code Flow (PKCE).
  • You have identified the OAuth scopes required by your application.

Creating a ZoomInfo Partner application is a three-step process: create your application, implement the Authorization Code Flow, and submit your application for review.

1. Create Your Application

Open App Creation Portal

Sign in to the ZoomInfo Developer Portal.

Enter Application Details

Provide:

Application name
Application logo (optional)
Application description
Choose Authorization Code Flow (PKCE) in Authentication Method
OAuth scopes
Create the application.

At this stage, your application is created as a standard application.


2. Implement OAuth Flow

Follow the Authorization Code Flow guide to implement OAuth authentication and ensure your application is fully functional before submitting it for review.


3. Submit Your Application

Enable Partner Application

Open the application and change the Application Type to:
For partner and internal use

This marks the application as eligible for Partner review.

Complete Submission

Complete the Partner Submission section by providing the required information, including:

Publish APP Name
Application description
Onboarding link
Privacy policy
Terms of service
Check the Ready To Publish button and hit save

Once created, the app will be listed in an Under Review state.

Partners must collaborate with the ZoomInfo API and Partnership product teams.
The app will be approved if all criteria are met. Once your application has been approved, click Activate to make it available to customers.
